About Me
I am a commercially-oriented Chartered Accountant with 15 years as a CFO in private equity-funded international groups. In 2012, I transitioned to a portfolio career, supporting companies and projects, including three successful start-up exits.
I provide non-executive director and advisory services, offer hands-on support for strategic projects, and occasionally invest or work on a risk/reward basis.
Born in the UK, I grew up across Europe, learning French, German, and Italian. I studied Inorganic Chemistry at Imperial College London, joined Price Waterhouse, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. My career began in audit and corporate recovery before specializing in transaction services, focusing on private equity and IPOs across Europe.

Examples:
Developed frameworks and models for strategic reviews and re-engineered planning processes.
Streamlined budget roles, reducing iterations from five to two versions.
Overhauled monthly reporting and implemented SAP BO for enhanced data management.
